Refund policy

We take care at BibleVerseWallArt.net to make sure all your orders are delivered with the same stunning results as when they are created. If we make a mistake, it is our pleasure to correct it. Please inspect your package upon delivery to make sure it has no damage. All package damage must be reported to the shipper upon receipt.  No returns will be accepted without package damage being reported to the carrier. We recommend taking a snapshot of the damage with a smartphone or portable device to document the damage. In the unlikely event there is damage to the contents of your package when opened, you must notify our customer service department at support@bibleversewallart.net within 7 days. We recommend forwarding a picture of the damage in the email to speed up processing your return and shipping out the replacement product.  All returns must obtain a return authorization number for the return.
